Exchange and return

Have you received your order, but it is not to your liking? Then you can return the order.

1. Download the return form here
2. Returns are at your own expense and responsibility.
3. The money will be refunded to the account with which payment was made. We do this when the products are received undamaged and unused.
4. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it. The return shipment is at your own expense and risk.
5. If the products are damaged or lost in transit, we can no longer do anything with them. So make sure that the products are extra well packed (in a box, and not in an envelope) and preferably sent with Track & Trace.
6. Once we have received and processed the return, we will send you a confirmation. You can then expect the amount back within 14 days on the account that was used for payment.
